Collaborative Man® is a social technology that support social sense-making processes as part of a fast and complex reality. The technology consists of six positions: The competence to take part in and facilitate collaborative work, the competence to support modern learning praxis (centered around a new modern learning model “Listen, Think, Talk”) and four supporting personal views (“I am only a position”, “I can learn from all”, “I can only understand with others”, “the potential in questions”).
